Successful negotiating has been characterised in many ways, we’ll explore both the art and the science behind succesful negotiation enabling you to understand precisely the process that is happening and how you can manage this process better. This One Day course will show you how to prepare for a Successful Negotiation, for example the information you need to improve your negotiation position. Negotiating is part of everyday life we will show you how to harness your innate skills and learn new skills that will make you a better negotiator. You will learn which influencing style you prefer and how to adopt the most effective influencing style for each situation.
